1. About the Service

AccuraStat provides football analytics, match statistics, live data visualizations, historical performance data, algorithmic indicators, RTI pressure index charts, probability-based insights, signals, and express-style analytical combinations.

The service is designed for informational, analytical, research, educational, and entertainment purposes. Some features are available free of charge, while premium insights require registration and an active subscription. New users may receive a 3-day free trial when such trial is available on the platform.

3. Analytics, RTI and Entertainment Purpose

RTI and other AccuraStat indicators are generated by statistical and algorithmic models using available sports data. These models may identify patterns, momentum, match pressure, probability shifts, or other analytical scenarios, but they cannot guarantee any future event or outcome.

You acknowledge that sports events are uncertain. Past model performance, historical accuracy, or any example shown on the platform does not guarantee future results.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the information available on AccuraStat. Any decision you make outside the platform, including any interaction with third-party websites or betting platforms, is made independently and at your own risk.

AccuraStat does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, gambling, or betting advice. You should not rely on the service as a basis for financial decisions or as a promise of profit, winnings, or any economic result.

5. Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Each user may create and maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials, bypass usage limits, avoid payment, or abuse the service is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all related accounts.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments may be accepted through available payment providers, including cryptocurrency payment processors and other methods shown at checkout. Subscription access starts immediately after activation unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Payments purchase access to premium analytical features and content only. They do not purchase betting advice, guaranteed outcomes, profit, winnings, or any financial return. Unless required by applicable law or confirmed fraud, payments are non-refundable. Current subscriptions do not renew automatically unless the platform expressly states otherwise at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and technology on AccuraStat, including RTI, algorithms, signals, charts, analytics, data visualizations, interface elements, text, and software, are owned by AccuraStat or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, resell, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the service without our prior written permission.

8. Restrictions

You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to bypass subscriptions, access controls, usage limits, or security systems
• Resell, redistribute, scrape, mirror, or provide third-party access to premium content
• Use automated systems to extract data or overload the platform
• Represent AccuraStat content as guaranteed betting advice or guaranteed financial results

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including specific analytics, datasets, features, prices, trials, or subscription plans. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when published unless a later effective date is stated.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms, abuses the service, attempts fraud, infringes intellectual property rights, or creates legal, operational, or security risk for AccuraStat or other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
